Susan F. Clark is a partner in the law firm of Radey Thomas Yon & Clark, P.A. She serves on the Board of Directors of Electric Power Research Institute, the Netcommunications Advisory Board and is President of the Board of Directors of the Mary Brogan Museum of Art and Science.
During Ms. Clark's 20-year career at the Florida Public Service Commission, she served as a Commissioner, including a two-year term as Chairman, and as General Counsel. She was Chairman of the Electricity Committee of the National Association of Regulatory Commissioners (NARUC), Vice Chairman of the Subcommittee of Nuclear issues-Waste Disposal, and served as NARUC’s representative to the Nuclear Electric Insurance, Limited.
Ms. Clark was appointed to the Southeast Compact Commission in March, 2001 and serves on the Policy and Planning Committee.
